With Mike & Mike and College GameDay invading Library Quad, and NBC broadcasting pre- and post-game shows live from Notre Dame Stadium, there will be a lot of big-name sports media personalities on campus this weekend.
Greeny and Golic will broadcast live on Friday from 6 – 10 am, while the ESPN’s flagship college football program will air from 9 am – noon on Saturday.
While you may or many spend time on Twitter during football weekends, as part of FIDM’s social media team, I wanted to provide everyone with a comprehensive list of who to follow to keep track of what’s happening at Notre Dame.
So without further ado…
- College GameDay: @CollegeGameDay
- host Chris Fowler: @cbfowler
- analyst Kirk Herbstreit: @KirkHerbstreit
- analyst David Pollack: @davidpollack47
- analyst Desmond Howard: @DesmondHoward
- reporter Samantha Steele: @Samantha_Steele
- reporter Gene Wojciechowski: @GenoESPN
- Mike & Mike account (usually Mike Golic): @MikeAndMike
- Mike & Mike co-host Mike Greenberg: @Espngreeny
- College GameDay producer Lee Fitting: @leefitting
- ESPN publicist Rachel Margolis: @ESPNRachel
- NBC Sports host Liam McHugh: @liam_mchugh
- NBC Sports analyst Doug Flutie: @DougFlutie
- NBC Sports analyst Hines Ward: @mvp86hinesward
Unfortunately, analyst/headgear prediction picker/everyone’s favorite Ticonderoga Pencil enthusiast Lee Corso does not have a Twitter account, but there are probably a few parody pages you could check out.
As a big college football and College GameDay fan, I’d suggest following these accounts all the time, but if you can’t bring yourself to follow the Michigan man (Desmond Howard), at least keep an eye on his account (and the others) over the next few days.
Click the individual profiles or subscribe to this list to keep track of all tweets from South Bend.
