The last off-week of the regular season for the Irish football team is now behind us as the Irish will play BYU at home next weekend, before traveling to Palo Alto, Calif., to take on Stanford to cap off the season.

This week will be a busy one for Notre Dame athletics as the men’s and women’s basketball squads are in action, the men’s soccer team will begin NCAA Championship play, the women’s soccer team continues NCAA Championship play after winning their opening-round game, volleyball plays multiple ACC matches, the hockey team travels to Lowell, Mass., to take on UMASS-Lowell and of course the football team welcomes BYU for senior day this Saturday.

Lastly, if you are a fan of the Notre Dame men’s soccer team head over to NCAA.com at Noon (ET) to watch the announcement of the 48-team NCAA Championship bracket.

Notre Dame-ish Video Of The Day

Quite a long video, but it encapsulates the 2012 football season very well. A great video to watch over lunch.

Today’s Trivia:

Let’s talk some Notre Dame women’s soccer…

How many NCAA Championships has the Notre Dame women’s soccer team won?

You will find the answer to today’s trivia question in Tuesday’s T.I.F.I.

Thursday’s question (If Notre Dame didn’t just count unanimous national titles in football (11), how many total years would the Irish have at least a claim of a national championship?) was answered correctly by Irene Taylor. The correct answer is 22. Irene, send me an email and we will get something sent to you this week!
